OFF PISTE SKIING – March is the new January

What a crazy off piste week it’s been! We’ve seen the best powder day of the season on Tuesday following nearly 50 cm+ of fresh snowfall with lots of the fluffy white stuff to satisfy the most hungry powder hounds!

Nice to see  Galzig once more full of happy free riders, clutching big powder skis, faces wet from endless face shots and grins like cheshire cats. With all the recent snowfalls creating a solid base, March and April looks well set for off piste skiing and ski touring. Our off piste guiding continues to season end in St Anton, our social Open groups continue to end of March. We still have a few places left on our hut to hut Silvretta, Öztal and Jungfrau tours, so if you fancy a unique and challenging off piste experience, touring in some of the most spectacular mountain scenery, simply drop us a line and we’ll explain more! And if you can’t bear to see the season end, perhaps consider Norway , where you can be ski touring until end of June!
